Neck Pain: What the best orthopedic surgeon says about its treatment and prevention

Cervical spondylosis is one of the commonest problem in tech-workers, phone-addicts and the writers as well. Being an orthopedic surgeon in Noida and Agra, I am giving treatment to lots of cervical spondylosis patients. Due to increasing text & tech scenario, the cervical disorders are best known as text-neck or tech-neck rather than cervical spondylosis. Basically, whenever you stress your neck by keeping it in inappropriate positions for a long period of time, then the muscles around the neck (the cervical area) get taught. The tight muscles go into spasm and if the posture is not corrected in time, then it starts having its effects on bone as well.
